Annual General Meeting Announced

Under the terms Article 8 of the Consitution of the Isle of Man Basketball Association, notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Members.

The AGM will take place on Thursday 25th July at 18:30 in the National Sports Center, Douglas.

As per the Constitution the Agenda will include:

• Election of the President and Executive Committee
• The Annual Financial Report of the Association
• Ratification of the Policies enacted during the previous Year
  • Code of Conduct
  • Safeguarding Policy
  • Anti-Doping Policy
• Review of the Leagues/Tournaments and Development Plan for the previous year
• Setting of membership Subscriptions for the forthcoming year
• Approal of the Development Plan for the forthcoming year
• Officials & Coaching matters
• Any Other Business as submitted in writing by the Membership

All registered members of the Association are entitled to attend and vote on matters brought forward to the AGM. Any member wishing to raise an agenda item must do so in writing to the Association Secretary, Martin Dunne, no later than Thursday 18th July.
