The Constitution of the Isle of Man Basketball Association was amended by the Executive Committee adopted by consent of the membership, under the terms of the previous constitution, on Wednesday 10th April 2024.
The Consitution is provided below for the information of the membership and other interested parties.
Under the terms of the Constitution the Association’s Executive Commmittee may also enact policies and procedures for the good governance of the sport and operation of the various leagues and competitions. All policies, as passed by the Executive Committee, are the policy of the Isle of Man Basketball Association until the next Annual General Meeting of the Association where they must be ratified or they will automatically fall.
