Cavaliers recorded 31 field goals (26 × 2PT, 5 × 3PT) and 7/12 FT, while Pirates managed 11 field goals (10 × 2PT, 1 × 3PT) and 4/12 FT.
For the Pirates, Mike Brereton’s 16 pts (including one three-pointer) stood out in a tough night for his side.

Cannons Rally After Early Scare
Cannons Elite completed the second round fixtures with an impressive 85–60 victory over Southern Phoenix, overcoming a strong early challenge. Phoenix came out firing to lead 25–20 after the first quarter, but Cannons tightened up defensively and gradually took control of the game.
From the second quarter onward, Cannons dominated the tempo, outscoring Phoenix 18–10, 22–9, and 25–16 in the remaining periods.
The Cannons finished with 35 field goals (26 × 2PT, 9 × 3PT) and 6/14 FT, while Phoenix made 24 field goals (19 × 2PT, 5 × 3PT) and 5/7 FT.
